I am Pablo Roca, responsible digital marketing and strategy consultant.

I am passionate about digital marketing, SEO, CRO and several other acronyms. I like to learn something new every day and apply it. I’m a big fan of A/B tests and low CPCs. I’m also a fan of Darth Vader and the Empire, as well as Google. Do they have anything in common?

I’ve always wanted to start a business, at 6 I wanted to make gold bills, at 8 I started selling painted stones, at 16 I planned to open a bar, and at 26 I launched my own digital marketing agency. My greatest pride is the team of professionals I work with.

I’ve been online since 2014, first as a community manager, later as a web designer and paid media, I also did my bit in SEO. This leap of digital work in digital has given me a very complete vision, both of what to do and what not to do. 

I am one of those who believe that hard work and perseverance are values that every entrepreneur should have, but let’s be clear, having a work methodology is fundamental. Every task we do must be aimed at fulfilling an objective. 

Like marketing, responsible marketing also seeks to generate sales, but uses different paths to the same end, to sell.

Responsible marketing seeks to connect with the customer and turn him into a fan of your business. For this, humanizing the brand is fundamental. 

Your customer can forgive mistakes, but if you lose their trust, you have lost it. Every day more transparency is demanded from brands, to know their processes, the origin of their products, etc. 

Traditional advertising loses relevance in front of what is demonized as inbound marketing. Inbound is the right way, because it empowers the consumer and makes him/her a participant in the brand’s decisions.

With these actions you will gain your customer’s trust and its recurrence. You will gain not customers, but fans. Proud speakers of your brand, who will defend you to the hilt, and you don’t pay for that even with all the banners in the world.
